Scope: At Hangar Building 100 on Griffiss International Airport Campus, National Building & Restoration Corp. was the General Contractor for this High-Tech, High-End Facility. The project consisted of 3 main scopes.
First, a 3-story, 60,000 sq. ft. renovation of the Center Core for offices, labs, training rooms, operation centers, break rooms, and support spaces.
Second, a 3 story, 3,400 sq. ft. entry addition with radius staircases, elevator, and curtain walls for full 3 story view as wall as high-end floor, wall, and ceiling finishes. Lastly, a 1 story, 10,000 sq. ft. building was built inside the west hangar for (2) large quantum computer labs, mechanical rooms and electrical rooms, sever rooms, and support spaces for multiple private and public entities to use for growth and development in the cyber and quantum computing industries.
